Carolyn Patricia Dawsey

Carolyn Patricia Dawsey, 79, of Longville, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2026 in Ragley.  Her visitation will be Sunday, October 25, from 2:00-5:00pm at Heritage Funeral Home.  She will have a graveside service on Monday, October 26 at 2:00pm at Palestine Cemetery in Grant.  

Pat is survived by her husband of 48 years, James "Jimmy" Dawsey of Longville; three children, Patti LeBouef of Mandeville, Sarah LeBouef of Ragley, and Mary LeBleu & Russell of DeRidder; nine grandchildren, Beth Bailey & Christopher, Creston Johnson & Shanna, Grace Terrio & James, Landon Murphy, Spencer Murphy, Cameron Single & Bailey, Alex Single, Austin LeBleu & Cassidy, and Alyse Augustine & Trey; fourteen great-grandchildren, three siblings, Phillip Parham & Dena, Mark Parham, and Pam Nave; her caregiver Sherry Schysm; best friend Sherry Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents, Carroll & Vera Parham; brothers Preston and Paul Parham; great-granddaughter Hailey Johnson; and mother-in-law Adeline Dawsey.

Pallbearers will be Creston Johnson, Landon Murphy, Spencer Murphy, Cameron Single, Alex Single, and Austin LeBleu.  Russell LeBleu will be an honorary pallbearer.
