Chester Joseph Green 2/14/1949 – 8/05/2021 Chester Joseph Green, 72, of Lake Charles, passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021 at his home. A memorial service will be Saturday, August 14, at 12:00pm, with a time of visitation starting at 11am, at Heritage Funeral Home. Pastor Christian Washington will officiate. Chester is survived by his wife, Rachel Green of Lake Charles; three children, Celeste Green of Lake Charles, Dedric Green of Lake Charles, and David Green of Lake Charles; ten grandchildren, J'Coby Bindon & Keianta Miller, Dedric Green Jr., Darrel Green, D'Adric Green, Da'Shaire Broussard, Charmaine Gobert, Sydney Green, Sariya Green, Kaylin Brown, and Kaysen Brown; five great-grandchildren, Ay'den Bindon, K'olbie Catherine Bindon, Ja'Vontae Bindon, Noah Gobert, and Nevaeh Gobert; four nieces, Mary Mills of Houston, Debra Brown of Houston, Kimberly Brown of Houston, and Shantal Antoine of Lake Charles; two nephews, Charles Green, Jr. of Houston and Cedric Brown of Houston; and a host of family and friends.
