Denise Lachelle LeBleu, 53, of Ragley, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at her home. Her memorial service will be Tuesday, December 16, at 12pm, with a time of visitation starting at 10:00, at Heritage Funeral Home.

Denise was a loving, caring mother and wife to her family and pets. Through her hardships, she remained resilient and strong-willed, maintaining pride in herself, her accomplishments, and in those she loved. She didn’t know a stranger, and never missed a chance to chat and cut up with those around her whether they listened or not. Even to the end, she was lighthearted and would crack a joke just to lighten the mood. She was a Christian woman who carried herself in a manner that displayed true kindness, selflessness, strength, and gratitude. Her passions ran deep; she truly did her best in any and all endeavors. To describe her in one word, she was a lover. Down to her core, and with a consistency throughout life, she displayed the capacity to love any person or animal unconditionally. She would be proud to be remembered this way.

Denise is survived by her husband of 24 years, Brian LeBleu of Ragley; eight children, Robin Young & Dustin of Ragley, Lincoln LeBleu & Andie of Lake Charles, Nicole Credeur & Dillon of Iowa, Nicholas Mouhot & Bailey of Westlake, Kandice LeBleu of Woodruff, SC, Kacey LeBleu & Brittany of Ragley, Kaleb LeBleu of Lake Charles, and Devin LeBleu & Ariana of Orange, TX; twenty-one grandchildren, Aleaha, Everleigh, Kohden, Jett, June, Liam, Lucas, Keller, Kohen, Quinn, Drew, Madisyn, Tristen, Gracie, Jaxon, Abbigail, Kyle, Carter, Rylee, Emma and Ava; four great-grandchildren, Keithen, Carter, Hudson and Richard; and four furry children, Nina, Tubby, Oreo and Tweety.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Tommy & Shelly Melton, and brother David Melton.
