Ethel Cecile Latham 1/10/1941 – 8/27/2021 Ethel Cecile Latham, 80, of Ragley, passed away Friday, August 27, 2021 in DeRidder. Her visitation will be Friday, September 3, from 5-8pm at Magnolia Baptist Church in Ragley. Funeral services will be Saturday, September 4, at 10:00am at Magnolia Baptist Church. Interment will be at Magnolia Cemetery. Rev. Kelly Craft will officiate. Cecile is survived by her husband of 53 years, Buddy Latham of DeRidder; two children, Michele Woods & Bruce of DeQuincy, and Tra Latham of DeRidder; three grandchildren, Kevin, Sarah and Kayla; one great- granddaughter Vera Lee; one sister Seleete Hudson of Vidor; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
