Owens Conrad 11/06/1952 – 12/23/2021 Owens Conrad, 69, of Westlake, passed away Thursday, December 23, 2021 at his home. His memorial service will be Thursday, December 30, at 6pm, with a time of visitation from 3-6pm at First Baptist Church of Moss Bluff. Rev. Glenn George will officiate. Owens loved the Lord and his family. He enjoyed Old Westerns and 70's Rock & Roll. He was a member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 106, and Pipeliners Local 798. He was also a past president of the Lake Charles Archery Club. Owens is survived by his wife of 47 years, Connie Conrad of Westlake; son Tony Conrad & Kristy of Sulphur; five grandchildren, Cade Conrad & Bailey Gaspard, Tyler Conrad, Vivian Conrad, Jackson Conrad, and Brady Conrad; one great-granddaughter Blair Conrad; five brothers, Butch Conrad & Sue of Topsy, Billy Conrad & Lisa of Westlake, Johnny Conrad & Mickey of Westlake, Greg Conrad & Shelley of Westlake, and Dan Conrad & Tammy Doucet of Westlake; cousin Fred "Cooter" Conrad; and a host of family and friends.
