His memorial service will be Thursday, May 9, at 2:00pm, at Sanctuary Church in Moss Bluff. Jack is survived by his two sisters, Patricia Thibodeaux, and Minnie Watkins & Tina Reardon; nephew Cody Thibodeaux; niece Tarah Begnaud; and a host of family and friends.
