Jeffrey Lynn Clack, 62, of Breaux Bridge, passed away Friday, July 24, 2026 in Lafayette. He was born on March 8, 1964, in Port Arthur, Texas, to Helen Elyse & Jeyrl Robert Clack. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
Jeffrey is survived by three children, Chelsea Nicole Clack, Christopher Matthew Clack, and Caden John Clack; father Jeyrl Clack & wife Jo Ann; two siblings, Joanna Peyton, and Jerry Clack & wife Michelle; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Helen Clack; and brother Jason Clack.
