Jessie Mae Pujol

Jessie Mae Pujol, 76, of Lake Charles, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at her home. Her funeral
service will be Thursday, November 19, at 1:00pm at Heritage Funeral Home. The family will have a private
burial after the service. Rev. Tim Burton will officiate.
Jessie graduated from Westlake High School, and later from the Delta School of Business. She was a driver for
Avis and U-Save for many years. She was a bookkeeper for Alfred Palma, Century Step, and for her husband at
Jean Lafitte RV Park. She was also a semi-professional bowler. According to her husband Guy, "she was all I
ever wanted.".
Jessie is survived by her husband of 28 years, Guy Pujol of Lake Charles; three children, William "Bill"
Morgan of San Diego, CA, Catherine Sikora & James of Orange, TX, and Robert Morgan of Vinton, LA; four
grandchildren, Elijah Morgan, Oliver Morgan, Jesse Morgan, and Noah Morgan; mother Ruth Dupin of Iowa,
LA; seven siblings, Sidney Dupin & Minnie of Moss Bluff, Shirley Hawley & Bob of West Linn, OR, Sybil
Leger & Mike of Lake Charles, Carlyn Fullington of Iowa, LA, Patrick Dupin of Oretta, Michael Dupin of Lake
Charles, and Nancy Richard & Joe of Sulphur; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Jesse Dupin; two children, Ronald and Donald Morgan; and three
siblings, James Dupin, Kenneth Dupin, and Patricia Benoit.
