Kimberlin Kay Neel 3/13/1963 – 7/5/2023 Kimberlin Kay Neel, 60, of Sulphur, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 8, at 2:00pm, with a time of visitation from 12pm until time of service, at Heritage Funeral Home. Chaplain Jeff Hopper will officiate. Kimberlin is survived by two daughters, Courtney Stone & Kevin, and Valarie Westbrook & Patrick; nine grandchildren, Zoey, Brianna, Kylen, Katelynn, Zayden, Bentley, Kynslee, Zeegan, and Karter; three brothers, Milton Vallery & Tammy, Randy Vallery & Annette, and Ronnie Vallery & Dee; one sister Cindy Royer; special friends, Mona Fontenot, Joy Benoit, Jo Revere, Jason Lisotta, Tonya Broussard, and Quinn Corsey; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, John Vallery; parents Cecelia & Travis Moore; granddaughter Brookelynn Rae Dawn Boone; brothers Patrick Vallery, Daniel Vallery, and Kyle Moore; sister Debbie Vallery; and two aunts, Doris Cummings and Nancy LeBouef.
