Marilee Simpson 02/05/1948 – 02/18/2020 Marilee Simpson, 72, of Ragley, LA, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at her home. Her visitation will be Friday, February 21, from 5-9pm at Open Door Baptist Church in Ragley. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 22 at 10:00am at Open Door. Interment will be at Beauregard Cemetery. Rev. Bill Britt and Rev. John Mark Little will officiate. Marilee is survived by her husband of 52 years, Rev. Sonny Simpson of Ragley; two sons, Jonathan Simpson & Amanda of Fort Worth, and Joel Simpson & Jean of Ragley; two grandchildren, Madelyn Grace Day & Lillian Marie Simpson; one sister, Beth Cossey & Sam of Jonesboro, AR; two brothers, George Byers of Millington, TN, and John Mark Byers of Millington; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
