Michael Dwayne Wright 11/23/1978 – 4/19/2024 Michael Dwayne Wright, 45, of Lake Charles, passed away Friday, April 19, 2024 in Lake Charles. A Celebration of Life service will be Wednesday, April 24, at 6:00pm, with a time of visitation from 2pm until time of service, at Heritage Funeral Home. Rev. Bill Saxby will officiate. Michael is survived by his wife of 20 years, Ella Wright of Lake Charles; three sons, Chris Istre & Kiarah of Lake Charles, Billy Wright of Lake Charles, and Michael Wright & Peyton Stanley of Lake Charles; one granddaughter Adelynn Istre; parents Billy & Christine Wright; two sisters, Amy Michiels & Louis of Westlake, and Jessica Wright & Daniel Potter of Lake Charles; two nieces, Laila Michiels and Raleigh Wright; one nephew, Jeremiah Potter; mawmaw Paula Lewis, and a host of family and friends.
