Patty Rae Moore 10/04/1957 – 5/12/2021 On May 12th, 2021 at 4:22pm, God called home our beautiful mother, Patty Rae Moore. Patty was born in Lake Charles on October 4, 1957 to Wilbur & Betty Moore. She was the most kind, loving and caring mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many, with the gentle spirit of an angel. Her memorial service will be Sunday, May 16, 2021 at 2pm, with a time of visitation from 12pm until time of service at Heritage Funeral Home. Patty is survived by three sons, Keith Moore & Brittany, Kevin Moore & Lauren, and Todd Warden & Nikki; eight grandchildren, Destiny Moore, Devin Moore, Maddox Ardoin, Maci Harrington, Dakota Ratcliff, Tylin Warden, Treston Warden, and Taitym Warden; four great-grandchildren, Nadiah Moore, Aislen Moore, Dani Moore, and Rachel Ratcliff; and three siblings, Barbara Eskind, Carolyn Guidry, and Wilbert Kim Moore. Patty absolutely loved spending time with family and friends, and enjoying everything life had to offer including spending time outdoors with her plants and gardening while watching the hummingbirds fly around! We have faith in our hearts knowing that mom will continue watching over us as she did from the day we were born; but now she'll watch over us as our Mother Angel! Her fight was too much to overcome and now her fight has ended. She was not only an absolutely amazing mother to Keith, Kevin and Todd, her love and support made them the men they are today. She also dearly loved her grandchildren, and great grandchildren. One thing you always told us mom was that you wanted to go before your boys and you wanted your boys to stick together; well mom you have accomplished exactly that, even though it was way too early! Rest in Peace mom we will always love, cherish and remember you and you will forever have your special place in our hearts. You will be dearly missed by many and we all thank you for everything you gave us during your short time here! Rest in Peace Mother!
