Thomas Wayne Primeaux

Thomas Wayne Primeaux, 72, of LeBleu Settlement, passed away on Monday, February 12,
2024, surrounded by his family and friends. His memorial service will be Thursday, February
15, at 6:00pm, with a time of visitation from 4:00pm until time of service, at Open Door Baptist
Church in Ragley.
Tommy was born on November 21, 1951 to Adam and Virginia Ruth LeBleu Primeaux. He was
a native of LeBleu Settlement and worked as an independent roofer. He was an avid fisher and
hunter, especially with his championship coon dogs. Tommy was always surrounded by friends
and family, whom he loved fiercely. You only needed to talk to him for five minutes to be his
best friend. Tommy was everyone's favorite uncle and candy man, never without a pocket full
of butterscotch candy ready to give to whoever he met.
Tommy is survived by his daughter, Paige Melancon & husband Wade; son, TJ Primeaux &
wife Dana; grandchildren Drew Melancon, Madison Melancon, Nicholas Melancon, Kanon
Primeaux, Kennedy Primeaux, Karson Primeaux, Tressa Primeaux & Cory, Cortnee Lantier
Primeaux & Marcus; siblings Cynthia Jean Beavers, Linden Primeaux, Richard Primeaux &
Cindy, Willis LeBlanc & Denise, David LeBlanc & Carroll, Armentine Leger, and Pamela
LeBlanc; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Adam & Virginia Ruth LeBleu Primeaux; siblings Ray
Primeaux, Patricia Botwell, and Marie Menard; and son Shannon Primeaux.
