Tracy Sephronia Blackwell 1/05/1966 – 9/20/2022 Tracy S. Blackwell, 56, of Ragley, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022 in Lake Charles. The family will have a private ceremony at a later date. Tracy is survived by three brothers, Darrell Blackwell & wife Wendy of Groves, TX, Andrew Blackwell & wife Chris of Ragley, and Jeff Etheridge & wife Raina of San Antonio; sister-in-law Jan Blackwell of Groves, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, George & Paula Blackwell; and five siblings, Paul Blackwell, Wesley Etheridge, George Blackwell III, Sondra Blackwell, and Karen Blackwell.
